  1. The Political Quackery and the Incompetent Citizen of the Balkan State

The Balkans are not just a geographical location but a mindset as well. For almost 1,000 years we Croats have been part of Western empires, Hungarian, Austrian, Austro-Hungarian and for hundreds of years we were the bulwark of Christianity stopping the Ottoman advance into Europe. Today though we are still not a part of The West. We want to be Western but we do not know how to be Western and for that reason we are politically unsophisticated and easily susceptible to political quackery.

  2. Leadership Evolution: From Command to Inspiration

We are long past the days of slavery and command and control leadership structures which were used on people that were seen solely as units of production. Today we respect one another for the unique beings of value that we are. When you have only a hammer every problem starts to look like a nail. We have generic leadership models but we need models targeted towards to specific environment we are working in. We need to develop a few different types of hammers that are optimized towards different jobs. You will not use a sledgehammer to hammer nails into a hardwood floor.

  5. Unified Leadership Theory - The Big Picture

There are a lot of leadership books promoting various leadership styles usually focusing on one skill but leadership takes a lot of skills. For example, focusing on 'Visionary Leadership' is like saying that the GPS unit is the most important part of the car. Alternatively, can we say that the body style is more important than the motor? A transmission is necessary, does it really matter if it is a manual or automatic transmission?

What happens when there is a paradigm
