    I find the social sector, home of civil society, and specifically the "active citizen" segment of the social sector to be the most interesting environment for human interaction and leadership. We join and contribute because we want to and not because we have to. In the social sector we do not fill our wallets, we fill our hearts. We feel good not because of how much money we earn but how many people we help. Unfortunately all the leadership theories used in this exciting area are hand-me-downs.
