  1. Activist (Active Citizen) Leader Responsibilities

Typical leadership training addresses only 1/4 of the responsibilities of the leader. I've read a lot of books that promote one way or another how to be a good leader. Virtually all the training I have undergone focuses on leadership traits and processes but none of the training delved into the responsibilities of a leader.

  5. Understand your Opponent's Team

In sports, coaches watch videos of the previous games of an upcoming opponent so that they can understand the strategies they used in the past, as well as identify strengths and weaknesses, so that they can assess how the opponent will play during the upcoming game. In election campaigns analyzing how a campaign manager worked in the past might indicated how they will perform in the future.
